PreCoat Color, pretreatment aluminium

PreCoat Color is a fully chromium free aluminium pretreatment that forms a conversion layer for powder coating and liquid paint processes. It is designed for spray and immersion lines and works as a no rinse system that dries directly on the surface, simplifying the pretreatment step. A yellow colour effect supports fast visual quality control. PreCoat Color meets the demands of Qualicoat and has been tested at 3,024 hours AASS by IFO (Germany), supporting demanding requirements for adhesion and corrosion performance, including protection against filiform corrosion.
