As a Welder at Bayards Aluminium Solutions, you will work on unique aluminium structures used in a variety of projects around the world. You create strong, accurate, and visually perfect welds that meet the highest quality standards. With your expertise, you contribute directly to the success of innovative aluminium projects. Your main tasks include:
> Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications.
> Setting up welding equipment according to project requirements.
> Tack‑welding and welding various aluminium components and structures.
> Performing intermediate weld inspections and reporting deviations.
> Ensuring neat finishing and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
> Keeping your welding knowledge and skills up to date.
> Collaborating with colleagues from production and assembly to achieve the best results.
Who are you?
> You have completed a technical vocational education (MBO or equivalent).
> You have proven experience with various welding techniques, preferably aluminium (TIG / MIG).
> You work accurately, independently, and with a strong focus on quality.
> You are flexible, collegial, and motivated.
> You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
> You are available full‑time and can start at short notice.
