Our control handle incorporates all our know-how for the optimum connection between efficiency and ergonomics. In combination with our lifting arms, we manufacture lifting devices for 50, 100, 200 and 300 kg. The lifting arms can be mounted on a column on the floor or on a steel structure on the ceiling. The movement of the control handle is moved by means of the patented handle. Only a small initial force is required for the up/down movement. As soon as the user releases the handle, the up/down movement is stopped immediately. A deburring machine is a considerable investment. It would be a shame if you did not get everything out of it that the machine can. This also means that the throughput speed must be as high as possible to achieve optimum returns. The Q-Fin deburring machines are known for their speed and therefore they pay for themselves relatively quickly. But the settings of the machine and the brushes used are essential for top performance. We often see that there is still a lot to be gained there. Start with the right brush and together we look at the settings such as height and speed of the machine. We advise on every brand of deburring machine but have a partnership with Q-Fin.
