WeCobot | Cobot Welding Solution At WeCobot, ease of use is key. As a specialist in cobot welding, we provide a complete solution for the metal industry—from smart software to practical hardware extensions. Our ONE software is developed with the welder in mind. You don’t need to be a robot programmer to weld with a cobot. After a short training, you can start working with the cobot right away. Using two buttons on the cobot arm, the operator teaches the welding path. Then the operator presses start, and the cobot welds exactly what it has been taught. With WeCobot’s ONE software, you weld safely and in accordance with international standards. The software includes various features such as multi-layer welding, weave welding, chain welding, and seam tracking. The cobot supports the most common welding techniques, including MIG/MAG (and CMT) and TIG welding. Expansion Our welding solution can be expanded with a track or a manipulator. The track increases the cobot’s reach, allowing you to weld longer workpieces seamlessly. The manipulator ensures that your workpiece is always positioned optimally for welding. When you combine both extensions, our Synchronized Motion feature ensures that the cobot, manipulator, and track work together as one unit—ideal for long welds and complex geometries. See it live during Welding Week We would be happy to tell you more about the WeCobot welding solution at the trade fair. You are warmly invited to visit the Fronius stand, where we will give live demonstrations of our system. You can also experience firsthand how user-friendly our ONE software is. We look forward to seeing you at stand: E48

Welding Lines and Systems - Efficient, process-reliable, fully synchronized
With more than 350,000 units installed worldwide, YASKAWA is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial robots. Our extensive range covers nearly all options for robotic arc, spot and laser welding, the corresponding drive and control technology, and turnkey automated welding systems – from standard cells to complex, customized systems.

Welding of trailers for boats and tiny houses
In this robotic installation the complete trailers is clamped and welded in one cycle. This is done by four Panasonic arc welding robots who are working simultaneously. The large welding jig contains a complete assembled product which is transported into the welding station. Because of the unique carousel solution the welding jig can be fully rotated in a way that top and bottom of the product can be welded in one cycle. Watch the video below to see the welding robot installation fully operational.

Weldingtable 3000x1500
The 3000 x 1500 mm welding table is an ideal size when you make both small and large frames!
Welducation Simulator
Learning to weld becomes child's play. Welding without risk: Through Virtual training, complex welding processes can be simulated in a realistic and cost-effective manner without the welder running any risk or wasting valuable materials and raw materials.
