      The PowerJet Go is a high vacuum welding fume extractor specialized in (but not limited to) on-torch extraction. The unit is equipped with a HEPA (H14) filter, and a large dust collecting filter. The AutoCheck safety features prevent using the PowerJet Go without a filter or inlet hose, as well as lock the top cover from opening during use.       The PowerJet Move is a compact and portable welding fume extractor for light duty applications. Extract fumes directly on-torch, or use the optional nozzles to place an extraction point near your welding. The dust gets collected in the replaceable nanofibre filter, after which the air exits through the HEPA (H14) filter. With the telescoping handle and it’s portable size, the PowerJet Move is excellent to bring on-site or manoeuvre in small spaces. The units are equipped with a HEPA (H14) filter, and a smart self-cleaning filter with HyperClean technology. Easily dispose of the collected dust by removing the pulp-molded Dustbin without any exposure to dust. The AutoCheck safety features prevent using the PowerJet Pro & Pro Max when the unit needs attention, such as emptying the dustbin.

With the Pro Max, two welders can work simultaneously and independently of each other without compromising extraction performance.       PreCoat Color is a fully chromium free aluminium pretreatment that forms a conversion layer for powder coating and liquid paint processes. It is designed for spray and immersion lines and works as a no rinse system that dries directly on the surface, simplifying the pretreatment step. A yellow colour effect supports fast visual quality control. PreCoat Color meets the demands of Qualicoat and has been tested at 3,024 hours AASS by IFO (Germany), supporting demanding requirements for adhesion and corrosion performance, including protection against filiform corrosion.
