Developed for galvanizers who also powder coat or wet paint, it delivers excellent paint adhesion and corrosion protection on galvanized surfaces and also provides passivation to reduce the risk of white rust on bare HDG. PreCoat Z31 is a complete pretreatment concept including etching, cleaning and conversion coating, suitable for spray, dip or cascade application. And it's becoming increasingly important to have real-time insight into everything. The PROfirst Jobvision planning and shop floor module enables this new way of working. Printing paper is no longer necessary, which is a significant step towards sustainability. Everything is digitally visible at every machine. All subsequent steps of a cut product are visible digitally. The new version of Jobvision also offers new possibilities for picking and sorting. Sorting can be based on all information provided with a product, such as a subsequent operation, order number, or customer. The location of these products in the nesting is clearly indicated in color. This makes picking and sorting even more efficient and faster.

      The Profi Punch punching machines are designed for deforming material by punching and cutting sheets and sections. This punching machine can be used for punching sheets up to 4 mm thickness, depending on the punch tool and material. This punch machine is characterized by a durable and simple design for an easy operation. The punching system consists of an interchangeable punch tool and immobile die. We deliver our Profi Punch with several punch tools (standard or custom-made). Thanks to this punching system, you can perform a wide range of punching operations with only one machine (and the interchangeable tooling). We deliver the Profi Punch directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands and several tools are available to install into the punch-die (a pipe cutter or corner cutting notcher for example). The Profi Punch is made in Europe and these punching machines fulfil the latest CE-regulations. We always keep these machines in stock, as well as the standard punch-tools. If you are not able to come over to our showroom, you can also send us some material samples. We will test if the required operation can be performed with one of our punching machines.       Real-time correction of seam shape at irregular pre-openings

      As long as parts fit perfectly together, gas cap and wire searching (Quick-Touch) are sufficient to measure deviations in the position of the weld seam so that the robot can automatically adjust it in the welding program. However, with V-, I- and raised welds, irregular pre-openings and deformations due to shrinkage or heat input, it becomes a lot more difficult and sometimes even impossible to weld these welds with the welding robot. Use of the welding robot in such cases is still no match for the speed and flexibility of an experienced manual welder. The ARC-EYE Adaptive plug-in that Valk Welding developed for its ARC-EYE CSS welding seam tracking system now changes this. ARC-EYE CSS is a laser sensor system, mounted on the robotic welding torch that registers deviations in the position of the weld seam during welding and corrects them in real time. This eliminates the need for manual program corrections and increases process speed. With the ARC-EYE Adaptive plug-in, the ARC-EYE CSS can now also be used to correct welds with larger tolerances in real time. Therefore, workpieces that could previously only be welded manually can now be welded on the robot thanks to this development.
