The ADV RW Series combines a wide-belt sanding station with rotary brushes for the efficient deburring and light rounding of laser-cut parts. The rotary brushes primarily follow the outer contours of the workpiece, making this configuration particularly suitable for parts with large outer shapes and limited inner contours. This results in: fast deburring, light edge rounding, uniform finish, high throughput speed, and efficient coating preparation. The RW Series is ideal for: panel builders, machine builders, structural work, housings, and flat sheet metal parts without complex perforations. With smaller holes and complex inner contours, rotary brushes have a smaller contact surface, limiting radius formation on the inside.
