Your fascinating role: As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for the service of the high-tech CNC-controlled welding and cutting machines in the Benelux. These machines work on the basis of laser, plasma, autogenous and water jet cutting techniques. You are responsible for testing, commissioning and repairing the machines in terms of mechanics, electronics and software. You are also responsible for providing training to customers. In the event of defects and malfunctions, you actively look for solutions and, where necessary, you contact the manufacturer. You think along about improvements or modifications to the machines.
