What does your badge reader do?
The badge reader (s) that you as an exhibitor receive during your participation makes the visitor experience even better. With these readers, visitors can easily collect information about your organization, products and possibly vacancies. The number of badge readers you receive depends on the EasyGo package you have chosen. The badge reader sends the information you have uploaded in your My Easyfairs profile. This allows you to retain control over the information you share with visitors.
How does it work?
Visitors can easily scan your badge reader on the stand with their badge (which they receive when they enter the exhibition floor). At the end of the day, they will receive your product and company information (which you have uploaded via My Easyfairs) by email.

What should you do during the fair?
Place the badge reader on your stand: in the visitor’s field of view, easily accessible and at the right height for easy scanning.
The batteries of the badge reader will last a whole fair. You do not have to replace it.
Return the badge reader on the last trading day at the end of the day.
If you have GoLeads, GoPlus or GoPremium, you will receive the list of the visitors who scanned the badge reader (s) at your stand. You can also request this information via My Easyfairs.
If you have GoVisibility, you can still upgrade to another package to get the list of visitors who scanned the badge reader (s) at your booth. If you upgrade in time, you can also take advantage of other features, such as the Visit Connect App.
. N.B. The badge reader that you rent remains the property of Poken NV. Badge readers that have not been returned will be charged with a value of € 500.
