How do you get more out of your exhibition participation?
In the run-up to the event it is important to make your participation known to (potential) relations. Together with you as an exhibitor, we strive for an exhibition floor full of quality visitors! In order to announce participation in the fair through all possible channels, we offer you various tools to promote participation and make it an even greater success.
In My Easyfairs you will find various marketing tools, in the folder “Marketing tools” under “Invite customers & prospects”. The folder currently contains the trade fair logo in various sizes and a banner. Use the logo and banner on the various marketing communications that you have planned in the run-up to your exhibition participation (both in print and digital). This way you can make your participation known through various channels to the largest possible interesting target group.
The folder with marketing tools will be further supplemented later with more banners that you can use on your website, in your e-mail signature or in your digital newsletters. In your online communications you can refer to the website or the registration portal.
In addition to the digital promotional materials, you will receive a promotional package by post containing invitations with which you can again draw your customers’ attention to your participation or invite them to visit the fair.
Mention that visitors can request free e-tickets via your personal registration link. You can find this link in My Easyfairs (heading “Invitation” under “Invite customers & prospects), when the registration portal is open to visitors! So keep a close eye on My Easyfairs. You can also place the link to the registration portal directly behind your email signature or banners on your website to make it even easier for potential visitors to request a ticket
