Als servicemonteur elektrotechniek bij Velmon start je ’s ochtends vanuit huis. Je start de opdracht op je tablet en gaat onderweg naar onze klanten. Bij onze klanten verricht je service-, onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan allerlei soorten werktuigmachines (o.a. draai-, frees- kolomboormachines e.d.). Je bent vaak onderweg en komt bij de meest uiteenlopende soorten klanten. Werkzaamheden vinden altijd plaats op werkdagen, doordeweeks, er is geen consignatiedienst, dus de weekenden en s ’avonds ben je vrij. Het werkgebied is Nederland. Je vind het ook leuk om af en toe mechanische werkzaamheden op te pakken. Je start samen met een ervaren collega om te worden ingewerkt om het onderhoud en de inspecties uit te voeren.

You will be providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our customers who encounter issues with our BySoft CAM Cut/Bend/Tube/Robot Manager software.

What you will be doing
• Provide appropriate solutions to the software issues faced by the customers.
• Troubleshoot customer issues
• Make effective decisions to have fast solutions prioritizing and dealing with the issues on time.
• Identify and resolve hot escalations.
• Provide 1st level technical phone support.
• Ensure the fault is completely rectified and it does not appear in the future by providing correct feedback to customers.
• Communicate with customers providing periodic follow-up to match expectations.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Perform BySoft CAM trainings

Your experience
• Technical educational background .
• In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM software for sheet metal and their tools, features, and functions.
• Experience as a CAM specialist for sheet metal production

Knowledge of machining and measuring is a plus.

Bij HSB draait alles om horeca en out of home. Als content marketeer zorg jij dat HSB online zichtbaar en vindbaar is. Je bedenkt en schrijft content voor website, blogs, nieuwsbrieven en socials, onderhoudt de contentplanning en tilt onze SEO naar een hoger niveau. Samen met onze grafisch collega zorg je voor sterke campagnes die leads opleveren. Je analyseert resultaten via o.a. Google Analytics en vertaalt inzichten naar acties. Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in contentcreatie en SEO, schrijft foutloos Nederlands en bent planmatig, creatief en analytisch sterk. Ervaring met SEO-tools, CMS, Canva en Klaviyo is een plus.
