As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers who contact our support department. You understand their needs, provide support for simple technical issues and ensure that the right follow-up steps are taken. You work closely with our Hotliners.
Activities
• First point of contact for customers
• Coordinating the Service Technicians together with the Service manager
• Handling simple cases
• Registering and following up on customer cases and escalations
• Coordinating delivery times and logistics regarding parts with the spare parts department
• Informing customers about the progress and status of their request
Your profile:
• Technical background at MBO+ or HBO level
• Knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering (CNC, PLC, viewer software)
• Experience with troubleshooting and customer support
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
