Hofleverancier Widenhorn BV, a true family business, has been active for 105 years as a supplier to metalworking companies and for the past 40 years as a specialist in the field of production and product optimization for sheet metal working.

Due to our strong growth in recent years, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn new colleagues. You will learn all activities directly in practice. This can be done in the office, at customers, suppliers or partners. Service is a top priority at Widenhorn! Certainly also during installation, implementations and training.

What will you do?

– install and implement our software on location at customers
– supervise long-term implementation and integration processes
– provide on-site training of our software
– correctly process everything in our CRM and Support system and on all forms
– update and create course books
– support our customers by telephone and via TeamViewer
– keep up to date with all developments
– proactively support customers
– support sales
– demonstrate our software during trade fairs and visits with our sales people

What do we expect?

– knowledge and experience in the sheet metal processing industry, especially external programming of CNC machines OR
– knowledge and experience in implementing CADCAM systems OR
– knowledge and experience of one of our software solutions PROfirst or AutoPOL
– at least a completed technical MBO education
– a customer and service-oriented attitude
– eager to learn, wanting is more important than being able
– solution-oriented thinking and working
– independence, collegiality & eagerness to learn
– accuracy and good communication skills
– command of the Dutch language in word and writing and the English language in word
