About us
SafanDarley is the global specialist in the development and construction of press brakes and shears for both the thin and thick sheet metal segments. SafanDarley has 2 production sites, the main site in Lochem and a site in Eijsden. The company has a total of about 200 employees.
SafanDarley is the inventor of the electronic press brake and, with it, initiated a true e-volution in sheet metal working. Not only on the basis of superior electronic technology compared to traditional hydraulics, but also through innovative machine concepts, unique control systems and automation.

E-Brake 35-130T Premium
The fourth generation of electronic press brakes adds significant advantages to the now globally proven E-Brake technology. The SafanDarley E-Brake Premium is the successor to the SafanDarley E-Brake up to 100T. An important feature is the design of this updated press brake, which has greatly improved ergonomics. The controls are also industry 4.0 ready. The operator is surrounded by a support table, which is especially beneficial when bending large quantities. E-Brake 50-130T Ultra
The electronic press brakes in the range from 50T to 130T is built according to a modular concept. A step forward in the efficiency of machine construction. The unique roller drive in the top beam ensures an even, direct distribution of forces. R-Brake 130T
The SafanDarley R-Brake is a revolutionary bending concept based on the E-Brake 130T press brake. In the SafanDarley R-Brake, the press brake and the robot are integrated into a single system. One of the major advantages of the SafanDarley R-Brake is its modular construction. A unique feature of the R-Brake is that the robot can be moved horizontally along a 6-meter traverse at the top of the press brake, leaving the floor in front of the machine completely free for supply and discharge stations, which saves a considerable amount of space. The E-Brake 35T Mini Cell is characterized as a compact automatic flexible bending cell and is equipped with a 25 kg Fanuc Robot based on the SafanDarley E-Brake 35T-1250 press brake. The E-Brake 35T Mini Cell is ideal for the fully automatic production of small complex products. It is also possible to bend different products successively without intermediate programming. M-Shear
All of SafanDarley's experience and technical ingenuity in the field of efficient sheet metal cutting has been combined in the M-Shear.
