RHTC is a proud manufacturer and hydraulic press supplier (better known as the ‘Profi Press‘). We also supply our punching machines (the ‘Profi Punch‘) and profile bending machines (the ‘Profi Bend‘) all over the world. RHTC strives to deliver the best quality machinery that you can wish for.
We have a wide range of hydraulic presses, punching- and profile bending machines in our program. Our machines are made by using advanced CNC machines and robots. Portal Press with Manual Movable Portal
These Profi Press portal presses are equipped with a movable cylinder (left-right) and a movable frame (longitudinal). You can move the cylinder and frame by hand. So, the operator has an easy access to all different points of the surface. This hydraulic press is eminently suitable for the straightening of large sheets and heavy structures.
Portal Presses with Motorised Movable Portal
We manufacture our Straightening Press with Motorised Movable Portal in Europe. The press is very useful for the straightening of large sheets and heavy structures. Our hydraulic straightening press is made out of high quality S355JR steel. These models have a movable cylinder and a movable portal / bridge. The movement of the headstock and the frame is motorised for an easy and effortless operation. A motor with frequency inverter and a cogged belt perform the longitudinal displacement of the frame. This feature ensures precise and sensitive movements.
Horizontal Bending- & Straightening Press
This horizontal bending press is designed for a wide variety of bending, profiling and straightening operations. The application of this Profi Press model varies depending on the accessories that you install onto the press. We have several tools available to install on the worktable, the tool mount and in the punch- and pin holes (standard or custom-made). With the angular graduation on the worktable you can easily measure your bending operation. Furthermore we deliver this horizontal straightening- and bending press with multiple tools to perform several works as standard equipment. For example, a stamp-holder and back-gauge.
Four Column Presses
Our hydraulic four column press is designed to perform work with high accuracy. Its quality is extremely high! Do you need to carry out tasks that involve deep-drawing, die-cutting, metal forming and pressing? With a high accuracy and perfect parallelism? We highly recommend this 4-column press! Small 4 Column Press: 50 and 80 Ton (PPSFC-50 and PPSFC-80). Big 4 Column Press: PPFC-50, PPFC-100, PPFC-150, PPFC-220 and PPFC-300.
Manual Workshop Presses
The manual workshop press from Profi Press is made in Europe. Available in three different models. The H-frame of this hydraulic workshop press is made out of quality steel. This garage press is excellent for general assembly and straightening tasks. A must-have for every workshop / garage. We have three different models in our program: the 15 ton HF-2, the 30 ton HF-2 and the 50 ton HF-2. The 15 and 30 ton HF-2 have a fixed cylinder, but the 50 ton HF-2 has a movable cylinder (left – right). The height of the working table is easy to adjust, so you can work with many different material / product sizes. The manually operated workshop presses from Profi Press are all standard equipped with a hand pump with double operation (it can be used as a foot pump as well). Furthermore, it has a pressure manometer for reading out the applied pressure, a chrome piston (with automatic piston return). We also deliver a set of V-blocks with these presses.
Cambering Presses
Our Profi Press cambering press is made in Europe. Suitable to straighten and bend large profiles and beams. The electro-welded horizontal structure of our cambering presses is made out of S355JR steel. It is a very robust and stable press! These hydraulic presses have supporting back pins and a pushing main table with cylindrical, lateral guides for a perfect alignment. Thanks to the horizontal design of this cambering machine, it is easy to handle large bars, beams and profiles. These horizontal presses feature a double acting cylinder (including anti-turning system) and limit switches to regulate the cylinder stroke. Also, the hydraulic unit works with 2 speeds (with an automatic disconnection of the high speed when it feels counterpressure). Additionally it has a pressure regulator, a gauge in tons and a hand pump for precision pressing. High Quality Horizontal Presses We can deliver these hydraulic horizontal presses with several options such as side benches with guide rollers, a larger piston stroke / vertical light or Siemens NC-control. It is also possible for us to adapt the dimensions to your needs to fulfil all your requirements for this type of press. We deliver the Profi Press cambering press with a warranty of 2 years. These presses are produced with solely high quality components for the best possible quality (fulfilling the latest CE-regulations as well).
Punching machines
The Profi Punch punching machines are designed for deforming material by punching and cutting sheets and sections. This punching machine can be used for punching sheets up to 4 mm thickness, depending on the punch tool and material. This punch machine is characterized by a durable and simple design for an easy operation. The punching system consists of an interchangeable punch tool and immobile die. We deliver our Profi Punch with several punch tools (standard or custom-made). Thanks to this punching system, you can perform a wide range of punching operations with only one machine (and the interchangeable tooling). We deliver the Profi Punch directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands and several tools are available to install into the punch-die (a pipe cutter or corner cutting notcher for example). The Profi Punch is made in Europe and these punching machines fulfil the latest CE-regulations. We always keep these machines in stock, as well as the standard punch-tools. Contact us if you would like to see one of these machines in operation for example. You are always welcome to visit our showroom and we are happy to demonstrate. If you are not able to come over to our showroom, you can also send us some material samples. We will test if the required operation can be performed with one of our punching machines. After the tests we e-mail you some videos and pictures of the process and results. Based on these results you can decide if the Profi Punch is the perfect punching machine for you.
Custom-Made Hydraulic Presses
Do you require a special designed hydraulic press? Whether it is a case of adjusting dimensions, capacities, hydraulics or electrics, RHTC adapts a hydraulic press entirely to your needs! Manufacturing custom-made hydraulic presses is no problem for our engineers. Over the last few years we delivered many custom-made hydraulic presses. So, in this section of our website we would like to show you some of them. Fully customized and adapted to various requirements of our customers. The process of delivering a custom-made hydraulic press When you need a tailor-made design for one of our hydraulic presses, every detail will be discussed. After extensive communication (via e-mail or meetings in person), we will start with the technical drawings. We aim to send these drawings within a couple of weeks after receiving the official order. Together we check the drawings and make little adjustments (if necessary). Once you are 100% satisfied about the design, you sign the drawings for approval. And after that the production process starts. Naturally we keep you informed along the production process, because a clear communication is the key for success! Once the custom-made hydraulic press is finished, we invite you to come over to the factory. Together we perform the final checks. When you are not able to visit the factory (since we deliver our hydraulic presses all over the world and the factory is in Europe), we make some tests ourselves and record it on video. After your approval, we schedule the transport to make sure the machine will reach you as soon as possible.
Tooling and Accessories
Our hydraulic press accessories, punching tools and tooling for the profile bending machines are directly available to perform specific tasks or to make your work easier. Hydraulic Press Accessories Our hydraulic workshop presses can be delivered with a set of V-blocks to simplify your pressing jobs and to give extra support. We have them available for every workshop press model, both the manual workshop presses as well as the motorised workshop presses. Most people use these V-blocks for round metal rods and pipes and the V-block set also functions as a small table-plate. Next to the V-block set, we optionally deliver our workshop presses with a mandrel set. The pressure pins from the set have different dimensions and can be clamped into the piston head of the hydraulic press for an easy operation. We supply several more hydraulic press accessories, such as a foot pedal or hand remote controller. If you have a specific requirement, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help. Punching Tools Our punching machines can be delivered with a lot of punching tools (standard or custom-made). We offer a wide range of punch tools, for example: slotted hole punches, wedge shaped punches, pipe cutting tools and corner cutting notchers. Below you can find a few examples of the punch tools that we deliver with our Profi Punch. In this video on our YouTube-channel you can also see various tools in operation. These tools can be used with our hydraulic presses as well. Profile Bending Machine Accessories We supply our profile bending machines with several roller-sets for an excellent performance of your desired bending job. The rollersets are available in various materials and sizes. The profile bender accessories also include a spiral bending device, a yoke and distance rollers.
