Event Services - Practical info
In order to make your participation in METAVAK as “easy” as possible, you will receive information about set-up and dismantling, logistics, exhibitor reception and additional orders.
Construction and deconstruction
METAVAK will take place in Evenementenhal Gorinchem on October 4, 5 and 6, 2022.
Delivery of large equipment
By appointment with (NAME PROJECT MANAGER) machines and large equipment deliveries are possible on (DATE).

Forklift service
If you need a forklift, you can order it from (NAME).
If you use our forklift service, you must be present at the time of delivery and installation of equipment on the stand. This is to prevent machines and large equipment from having to be moved all the time.

Freight traffic and delivery vans longer than 6m must always follow this route. Smaller construction and dismantling traffic can possibly go through the main entrance.
You can unload/load at (CHOOSE):

After your vehicle has been unloaded/loaded, you must remove it at the loading and unloading doors and place it elsewhere in the parking lot. In this way everyone can load and unload as quickly as possible.
You must have disassembled and disposed of your stand no later than (date) and (time). Dismantling of the exhibition stands also takes place at night. Storage rooms and rented cupboards must be emptied. Do not leave any valuables on your stand.
Exhibitor reception
The exhibitor’s reception is located on the side of Evenementenhal Gorinchem. This separate entrance is especially for you and offers the following options and benefits:
- Entrance is exclusively for exhibitors.
- Here you can pick up your badge reader (EasyGo).
- Exhibitor badges, parking tickets, dinner voucher and any ordered WiFi packages can be picked up here.
- Have you forgotten something? You can place additional orders at the exhibitor’s reception.
- Small carts and hand trucks are allowed in here (this is not allowed through the regular reception).
Badges, parking tickets and parking
Stand staff badges
These are necessary for access during the exhibition days. You can register your stand staff in My Easyfairs in advance. With the printed barcode you can pick up the badge from (date) (time) at the Exhibitor’s reception. Currently, pre-registration for stand personnel is required.
Parking / Parking
tickets (exit tickets ) Pre-ordered parking tickets and/or tickets included in your package can be picked up from (date) (time) at the exhibitor’s reception. Additional parking tickets can be ordered via the webshop in My Easyfairs or purchased locally at the parking machines.
With orders
You can still order your additional items through the webshop in My Easyfairs until (date).
Furniture, spots, electricity, etc. can still be ordered during construction. Please note that not all items will be available or in stock. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to place your orders in the webshop.
Electricity
By default, no electricity connection is included in your participation.
If you have requested electricity, we would like to draw your attention to the following:
Lighting which is included in your participation will be on at the start of the construction of the fair and will be connected to a separate electricity connection.
With 230V connections, 1 power point is provided. If you need multiple connection points, you should bring your own extension cords and power strips.
With 400V connections, 1 CEE plug is provided. If necessary, you should bring your own distribution box. Available 400V connections are available in 32A, 63A and 125A (limited availability, only on request).
Compressed air (Fair dependent)
If you have requested compressed air, we would like to draw your attention to the following;
Compressed air is conditioned and supplied at a pressure between 6.0 bar, ½” max. 250 l/m, incl. a maximum of 5 meters of hose.
You are responsible for connecting compressed air to your machine yourself. Make sure you bring the correct links.
Machines working with compressed air can be tested on the last construction day (date).
Making branches on the supplied connection is not allowed.
Water
If you have requested water, we would like to draw your attention to the following;
The water connections are provided with a washing machine tap with ¾ diameter. The connection is not provided with a GEKA coupling.
If you use water (standing, supply and/or drainage), it is necessary that you use chlorine tablets to prevent legionella.
You are responsible for connecting water to your machine yourself. Make sure you bring the correct links.
Machines that work with water can be tested on the last construction day (date).
Water is conditioned and supplied at a pressure between 2.0 and 4.0 bar.
Making branches on the supplied connection is not allowed.
For the drainage, use is made of a collection container (dimensions H: 49 cm, L: 82 cm and W: 57.5 cm), which contains a submersible pump.
Print work
If you have ordered printed matter, we would like to point out that printed wall panels and canvases of seamless prints and banners may be taken along. Please indicate this in advance so that they will be disassembled for you after the exhibition. Printed work that is still present on the stand is considered waste.
Storage/Packaging
If you have requested storage, you must pick up the packaging form at the Exhibitor’s reception.
Internet
In order for the WiFi network to function as well as possible, we ask that you only use it for your mail and normal internet traffic. The connection is not suitable for live streaming, VPN connections or downloading large amounts of data. It is not allowed to build your own wireless network from the exhibitors network, this disrupts the reception of the wifi. The free wireless network is EVH_Open. If your exhibition participation is internet dependent, we recommend that you order a wired internet or WiFi package.

On (date) from (time) you are most welcome at the network drink at/in (location).
