What will you be doing?
– Supporting our customers
– Processing everything in our Support system
– Installing our software via TeamViewer
– Staying up-to-date on all developments
– Proactively supporting customers
– Developing tips and tricks
– Supporting sales
– Translating our software
– Providing technical advice on our software and services
What do we expect?
– Interest in the Dutch manufacturing industry
– A customer- and service-oriented attitude
– Eager to learn: desire is more important than ability
– Solution-oriented thinking and working
– Independence and teamwork
– Ability to work neatly and accurately
– Good communication skills: Dutch and English
– Knowledge of external programming of CNC machines is a plus
– Knowledge of and experience with CADCAM & calculation software is a plus
