The Advanced Cutting Machine (ACM) series is a group of high-quality waterjet cutting machines developed by Resato. New to this series is the ACM 1010 in combination with the PJ2 pump. This system differs from the standard machines in the ACM series:
– Minimal dimensions.
– Cutting range of 1x1m
– Optimised for 2D configuration.
– Available with standard ACM series base frame or the integrated Monoblock
– High-pressure pump PJ2, designed for use in locations where the connection value is critical
– Innovative PJ2 pump reduces energy consumption by 50% while maintaining cutting quality and throughput speed
– Increased durability of the complete cutting system due to reduced power consumption
– Compact cutting system with the same cutting capabilities and results as the Resato Waterjet ACM product line

The ACM 1010 is available in two configurations. The first has the same base as the standard ACM series, i.e. a machine base with a separate collection tray that contains the “free-standing” cutting grid. The second configuration is an optimised version in which the machine base, collection tray and cutting grid are combined into a single unit, known as the Monoblock construction. The Monoblock configuration allows the machine to be lifted in one piece. This makes installation and, if desired, relocation of the machine very easy, without the need to realign the base frame. The integration of the base frame, collection tank and cutting grate also makes this design more efficient and cost-effective.
The Powerjet PJ 2 is a high-pressure pump specially designed for use in locations where the connection value is critical. The Resato Powerjet PJ2 is designed to operate within certain specifications. These conditions must be met to ensure optimum performance and a long service life. This innovative pump with 50% lower energy consumption is interesting for small-scale production environments, R&D departments and education.
