You will be providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our customers who encounter issues with our BySoft CAM Cut/Bend/Tube/Robot Manager software.
What you will be doing
• Provide appropriate solutions to the software issues faced by the customers.
• Troubleshoot customer issues
• Make effective decisions to have fast solutions prioritizing and dealing with the issues on time.
• Identify and resolve hot escalations.
• Provide 1st level technical phone support.
• Ensure the fault is completely rectified and it does not appear in the future by providing correct feedback to customers.
• Communicate with customers providing periodic follow-up to match expectations.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Perform BySoft CAM trainings
Your experience
• Technical educational background .
• In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM software for sheet metal and their tools, features, and functions.
• Experience as a CAM specialist for sheet metal production
