As a Service Technician, you will master customer service skills, independently handle field service support for Bystronic equipment, troubleshoot and repair as well as lead installations and start-ups, offer 1st level technical support, instruct customers on our applications, and foster positive relationships. What you will be doing • Installation, handle over and commissioning Bystronic machines at customer sites: ready for start- up according the Bystronic requirements. • Assemble electric, pneumatic and hydraulic installations. • Maintain Bystronic machines at customer sites and repairing electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics. • Perform CNC/PLC software updates / downgrades and tests whether those were successfully on standalone machines.   Your experience • Mechanical/Electrical educational background. • 2-3 years of customer service and/or technical service experience. • Experience in the bending or laser-cutting machinery sector is not just a valuable, it's a key advantage.
