As a Logistics Employee, you’ll be a key player within the company. You’ll play a role in every phase of production, including replenishing inventory, internal transport, and picking and packing orders for shipment. These tasks are divided between two departments: Incoming and Outgoing Goods.

As a Logistics Employee, your responsibilities include:
» Processing incoming goods with a forklift;
» Moving products from Production to Shipping with an EPT or forklift;
» Picking and packing orders for shipment;
» Registering packages with external carriers;
» Ensuring safety in Production and Shipping.

As a (Prospective) Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating computer-controlled machines. You’ll work in either the Tube (tube laser cutting) or Laser (plate laser cutting) departments. The difference between the departments? Basically, you’ll work with different materials and different machines. In the Tube department, you’ll work with steel pipes and tubes, while in the Laser department, you’ll work with steel plates. As a (Prospective) Operator, you’ll primarily work on and around your machine. You’ll select the correct material and load the program into the computer. Now the machine can start cutting! Once the job is cut, you’ll collect the cut parts so they can be delivered to the Bending or Shipping departments.

As a (Prospective) Press Brake Operator in Oud Gastel, your work involves bending steel plates. These vary in thickness from 0.5 mm to 25 mm. You’ll do this using the LVD press brake. You’ll receive orders via computer. You’ll read the drawings and quickly understand what needs to be done. You’ll work independently at the press brake. A logistics colleague will handle the material delivery and delivery, so you won’t have to worry about this. The products are then packaged and shipped to the customer.

As a (Prospective) Press Brake Operator, your duties include:
» The machine is configured automatically, but you can adjust your machines manually;
» Bending various sheet materials to the desired shape;
» Checking the finished products for dimensions and quality;
» (Minor) maintenance and cleaning of the machinery and your workspace;
» Ensuring safety in and around your machine and the machinery.
