For many years, we at JÖRG Machines BV have been a manufacturer and supplier of various machines for this sheet metal working. Due to our long existence, we have a lot of knowledge of the market and technology. We supply machines of high quality and long service life. The JÖRG Coil Fed Laser makes cutting awesome! JÖRG introduces a new concept fiber laser cutting machine: the JÖRG Coil Fed Laser, intended for thin sheet, up to 2 mm. Using CAMDuct or EUROSOFT software it is a very powerful machine for cutting the sheets for air ducts, ventilation, insulation cladding, etc. Also suitable for other industries. VARIOBEND Up and Down Folder V2.5
The new VARIOBEND Up and Down Folder V2.5 is the big brother of the DB. The operation is completely different and the drive 100% electric. As a result, the machine is fast, quiet, modern and can bend even more complex profiles. Innovative and robustly built. Thanks to the new bending geometry with 300 degrees of clearance, profiles with a height-to-width ratio of 1:2 can also be produced without problems. JÖRG Plasma cutting machines
The JÖRG Plasma Cutting Machine 9523 is a robust all-in-one CNC plasma cutting machine specially designed for the Insulation and HVAC industry, it’s small mono block design provides a small foot print so that the machine is also suitable for small workshops. This update replace it predecessor models 9513, 9514 and 9516 which were an update of the former PQC (Plasma Quick Cut) models and these new models are now 100% Dutch Designed and Assembled machines.
DENER Servo Press Brake
The DENER Press Brake SERVO series is made of high-quality CNC press brake from the renowned manufacturer Dener. Dener is also a manufacturer of hydraulic shears, servo press brakes, hybrid press brakes, press brakes with ball spindle drive, plasma and fiber laser cutting machines. The Servo technology instead of hydraulics! The movement of the top beam is achieved by a pulley action of 2 toothed belts driven by 2 servo motors.

JÖRG Guillotine shear JRGM series
The JRGM Guillotine shears from JÖRG are known for their versatility. These sheet metal shears are mechanically driven. The shears are robustly built and suitable for various uses. The shears are available in a working width of 1 to 3.5 meters. The biggest differences between the different types are in the way the plate is removed and the capacity. The JRGM-FR and JRGM-HFR have a fixed return plate, allowing short plates to fall forward. Thanks to the innovative plate high holder, the cut plate can be discharged both forwards and backwards, the so-called Return to Sender/Rear principle. The JRGM and JRGM-FR have a maximum capacity of 6 mm St. 37 and the JRGM-H and JRGM-HFR have a maximum capacity of 3 mm St. 37. Consult our specialists to see which shear suit you best.
