What company information or products are you going to put on your stand? And what does it take to realize this? In My Easyfairs you can order all your supplies for your stand in the webshop. Are you looking for a product that is not in our webshop? Please contact Event Services.
Space only
If you have your own stand built, the stand design must be approved by Event Services. We would like to receive an impression and a technical drawing on which the dimensions are clearly indicated. The designs must be sent to Event Services for approval in advance, stating the exhibition name and the stand number.
- The maximum building height is (…) meters.
- The maximum utterance height is (…) meters. The logos and visuals may therefore not be higher than (…) meters.
- Open sides may be closed up to a maximum of 50%, otherwise this will obstruct the sightlines for other participants.
- Is the back of the stand higher than 2.5 meters? Then it must be finished evenly.
Forklift service
Do you wish to use a heavier lift truck than our standard lift truck up to 2.5 tons? Please contact Event Services
