The ADV RYW Series features an extensive 3-station concept consisting of: a wide-belt sanding station, a cup brush station, and a rotary brush station. This combination makes it possible to achieve significantly more aggressive and consistent edge rounding, including a possible R2 radius on laser-cut parts. The RYW Series has been developed for companies that place higher demands on: edge rounding, coating quality, corrosion resistance, surface consistency, and visual finish. The cup brush station plays a crucial role in this, as the brushes actively work the contours and cutting edges, including inner contours and holes.
