HWM Handheld 4-in-1 Laser Welding Machine

4-in-1 laser welding machine for welding up to 6 kW, cutting, cleaning, and weld seam cleaning.

This manually operated HWM laser welding machine combines welding, cutting, cleaning, and weld seam cleaning in a single machine. The various functions can be switched quickly, allowing you to easily switch between operations.

The machine is suitable for processing materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, and can be used for sheet metal and structural work, tube and frame welding, machine building, and maintenance.

In addition to welding, the machine can be used for cutting sheet material, removing rust, paint, and other contaminants, and cleaning weld seams.

The weld seam cleaning function is particularly interesting for stainless steel. This allows weld seams to be cleaned after welding, eliminating the need for pickling.

The HWM is available in 1.5 kW, 2.0 kW, and 3.0 kW versions. Additionally, a powerful 6 kW version is available. This version can weld steel and stainless steel up to 16 mm thick.
