With NIL Kickstart, VMBO students learn practical MAG and TIG welding and work towards a NIL diploma.

The NIL Kickstart program is a complete teaching package for pre-vocational secondary schools (vmbo) that offer the elective subjects Arc Welding Processes (K/Pie/8) and Practical Arc Welding (K/PIE/2). The program has been specifically developed to introduce students to the MAG and TIG welding processes—the most widely used techniques in the metalworking industry—in a practical and accessible way. With Kickstart, your school lays the foundation for craftsmanship. The method aligns with the national vmbo examination program and offers students the opportunity to obtain a NIL Kickstart diploma.
