Voortman V353 | Efficient and flexible xxl fiber laser cutting of large format sheets
Introducing the Voortman V353 Large Format Fiber Laser Cutting Machine—your solution for high-efficiency, fully autonomous plate processing. Powered by a 15 or 40 kW laser, the V353 consistently delivers precise, high-quality cuts, including bevel cuts up to 45 degrees, with minimal operator input. It’s built to handle plates up to 3 by 6 meters (10 by 20 feet) and can process thicknesses up to 75mm (3 inches). The modular design, paired with a large processing area of up to 36 meters (120 feet), allows for seamless, uninterrupted operation. Plus, with advanced plate buffering and automatic nozzle changers, the V353 smoothly transitions between materials and thicknesses, making 24/7 production highly efficient. Voortman V845 | Heavy-duty laser cutting of medium to big open profiles
The Voortman V845 is a heavy laser tube & profile cutting machine. It’s designed for cutting heavy round tubes, square tubes, and even H/I beams with a maximum weight capacity of 2,4 tons. The loading support is equipped with a large clamping force device to ensure centering of the profile load. It can also adjust the clamping force for smaller and thinner profiles with high accuracy and precision, to prevent damaging the profiles.
