Binar Handling Quick Lift Arm
Our control handle incorporates all our know-how for the optimum connection between efficiency and ergonomics. In combination with our lifting arms, we manufacture lifting devices for 50, 100, 200 and 300 kg. The lifting arms can be mounted on a column on the floor or on a steel structure on the ceiling. The movement of the control handle is moved by means of the patented handle. Only a small initial force is required for the up/down movement. As soon as the user releases the handle, the up/down movement is stopped immediately. Application • Intuitive and ergonomic moving of different workpieces up to 300 kg • Use of standard grippers and individual grippers possible • Sensitive and precise positioning of workpieces up to a tolerance of 1 millimeter 360° swivel range of the jib • Handling of workpieces with minimum effort • Continuous rotating of the workpieces in both directions due to the patented rotary feed-through
ivOS Sheet Metal Solution Kit
With the Solution Kit, companies can automate machine loading; simple, flexible, and economical. The kit consists of 3D camera technology, the ivOS vision control system, and the highly flexible FMG matrix gripper. This gripper consists of up to 7 modules, each with 12 suction points, forming a flexible, flat gripper. The individually controllable suction points automatically adapt to different workpiece shapes. This offers maximum flexibility in handling various sheet materials and minimizes gripper changes. Because the gripper system's control is complex, a learning AI takes over. A camera system is used to recognize unfamiliar workpieces, and the gripper is controlled to optimally pick up the sheet metal. The control system monitors gripping quality and navigates the robot with the product to the target tray without collisions. All of this happens autonomously, without the user needing specialized knowledge to operate the system. And the best part is that the ivOS software platform works with grippers, cameras, software, and robots from different manufacturers, which can be easily connected and controlled in real time. This also makes it easier to automate other applications in the future.
SAOXB suction cup Ideally suited for fast cycle times for sheet metal and body parts
The bellows suction cup PSPF is ideal for handling thin and flexible pouches. The snug and soft sealing lip enables an optimal seal even on bags with strong folds. Thanks to high holding properties, it is made for use in highly dynamic packaging processes.
CMB-HD vacuum blocks for metal and plastic
Vacuum blocks for use in CNC machining centers for cutting metal and plastics. Setup by means of clamping claws on T-slot table or directly on zero point clamping systems. Connection of the vacuum blocks possible both individually and point-to-point. 5-side processing due to good accessibility of the workpiece. Easy retrofitting of removable workpiece stops for fast and repeatable positioning of the component.
VacuMaster lifting device
The VacuMaster lifting devices can lift and move heavy workpieces. Whether steel plates, wooden or plastic panels, barrels or windows, the lifting system can even handle weights up to several tons. For applications that normally require many hands, the VacuMaster makes it possible to handle workpieces effortlessly by just a single operator. In this way, employees are relieved and enable users to work in a way that is gentle on the spine and back. All our VacuMaster lifting devices are AGR certificied
VacuMaster Coil
Separate, individually controlled vacuum chambers for handling coils of different sizes with just a single device. Handling with vacuum allows for damage-free gripping without mechanical clamps. Suitable for coils made from thin and ultra-thin sheet metal, steel and stainless steel, metal foils, tinplate and aluminum.
SGM magnetic gripper
Magnetic gripper for handling of perforated metal sheets, complex laser-cut workpieces and metal sheets with holes and apertures. Handling of ferromagnetic workpieces.
SAXB suction cup
The suction cup SAXB from Schmalz is ideal for use in the automotive industry: With its flexible suction cup, it adapts perfectly to curved or complexly shaped components. Thanks to its specially structured friction surface, the SAXB can also hold oiled sheets securely at high accelerations. At the same time, its geometry prevents very thin sheets from deforming during handling. The SAXB is available in diameters from 20 to 120 millimeters.
Jumbo Tube Lifter
The twist grip on the JumboErgo is designed to operate like a motorcycle throttle. Large and heavy loads can be moved gently and precisely. The length of the operator handle can be varied, which allows the user to always maintain a safe distance from the load.
