Hydronixs develops hydraulic press systems for workshop operations and industrial production environments. From standard presses to fully engineered systems, each solution is built to meet specific force, precision and integration requirements.
All systems are designed and manufactured entirely in-house. Structural engineering, hydraulics and control systems are combined into one integrated solution to ensure alignment, consistency and long-term performance under load.

Engineering and custom-built hydraulic presses

Heavy-duty hydraulic workshop presses (180–500 tonnes)
De zware persklasse bestrijkt een perscapaciteitsbereik van 180 tot 500 ton. Binnen dit bereik ligt de nadruk op maximale structurele belastbaarheid, hoge frame- en geleidingsstijfheid en gecontroleerd persgedrag onder zware belasting. De indeling binnen deze persklasse is gebaseerd op constructieve belasting, frameopbouw en gebruiksintensiteit. Het HD-programma hanteert vaste modeldefinities met reproduceerbare prestaties.
Medium-duty hydraulic workshop presses (80–160 tonnes)
The medium-duty press class covers a press force range from 80 to 160 tonnes. Within this range, the focus lies on increased structural load capacity, a more stable frame construction and controlled pressing behaviour under higher load. The classification within this press class is based on structural load, frame structure and intensity of use. The HD Series operates with fixed model definitions and reproducible performance characteristics.
Light-duty hydraulic workshop presses (20–60 tonnes)
The light-duty press class covers a press force range from 20 to 60 tonnes. The focus lies on compact construction, controlled force build-up and a clearly arranged machine configuration. The classification is based on structural load, frame structure and intensity of use. The HD Series operates with fixed model definitions and reproducible pressing behaviour.
