Benefits for you as an exhibitor

EasyGo makes your participation in METAVAK much easier. You can manage your participation quickly and easily via the online platform My Easyfairs. Here you will find all the information you need before and during the event. This includes tools that help you invite your customers and prospects to visit METAVAK, connect your Smart Badge Readers and collect your leads.

During the event, EasyGo is the tool that helps you collect leads: on the one hand via the Smart Badge Reader, and on the other via the Visit Connect web app.

A successful event is something we create together. To make it as easy as possible for you to let your customers and prospects know that you are participating in METAVAK, we offer you Easyfairs’ unique Invitation Service.
You save all the time, design and printing costs you would normally spend on invitations.
We send personalised invitation cards or emails to your contacts on behalf of your company, free of charge.
