If you wish to keep the canvas after the event, please take it with you immediately after the last day of the show. The canvas can be easily removed from the frame by pulling the small tab at the bottom corner.<\/p>\n<p>Canvases remaining in the frames an hour after the last day of the show will be removed and disposed of for recycling and will therefore no longer be available for retrieval.<\/p>\n<p>Graphic files can be uploaded to our event uploader. If you wish to take the stand panels with you, please inform the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the show. The panels should be removed immediately after the event. If you wish to take the printed material with you, please inform the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the exhibition. The printed materials must be removed immediately after the last day of the exhibition. Disassembly is handled by Easyfairs and\/or the relevant supplier.
